All prescriptions are fully transparent, and patients are free to purchase their herbs from the pharmacy or supplier of their choice.

2. Convenient Herbal Granules

To make herbal treatment easier and more convenient, we primarily offer concentrated herbal granules from carefully selected manufacturers that follow strict quality-control standards. These granules dissolve easily in hot water and eliminate the need for lengthy home preparation. Traditional raw herbs are also available for patients who prefer a more traditional approach.

3. Electronic Health Records

A detailed electronic record is created for each visit. Patients receive a copy of their treatment record for their own reference and future healthcare needs. Maintaining complete records helps support continuity of care and can be valuable when consulting other healthcare providers.

4. Online Access & Follow-Up Support

Patients may access their treatment records online through our secure patient portal. We are also continuing to develop online follow-up services to improve communication and make ongoing care more convenient when travel, work, or other circumstances make in-person visits difficult.
