All practitioners are graduates of accredited Traditional Chinese Medicine universities in China and are fully registered with the Province of Alberta as licensed Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists. With many years of clinical experience, our practitioners combine traditional TCM principles with professional standards to provide safe, responsible, and individualized care for every patient.
We believe that patients have the right to fully understand the herbal medicines prescribed for their treatment. Every herbal prescription is provided in a clear and transparent manner, allowing patients to review all ingredients and understand the treatment plan. Unlike many clinics where prescription details may not be routinely shared, we believe transparency helps patients make informed healthcare decisions. Patients are always free to obtain their prescribed herbs from the pharmacy or supplier of their choice.
Our clinic primarily dispenses concentrated herbal granules for convenience and consistent dosing while also offering traditional raw herbs when appropriate. The vast majority of our herbal granule products are Natural Health Products licensed by Health Canada (NPN), and are manufactured under strict quality-control standards. These products are routinely tested to comply with Canadian requirements for heavy metals, pesticide residues, and other quality and safety standards.
A comprehensive electronic medical record is created for every visit, documenting consultations, assessments, treatments, and prescriptions. Accurate record keeping supports continuity of care and allows patients to maintain a complete history of their healthcare.
Registered members have secure online access to their personal treatment history, herbal prescriptions, appointment information, and payment records through our patient portal. This allows patients to conveniently review their healthcare information at any time while supporting long-term management of their health.
